Trends to Fall For!

It’s almost that time of year when we can break out long pants and closed-toe shoes as we
tuck away cotton dresses and sandals. Hooray! As a Carmel Personal Stylist, Fall has always been my favorite season for clothing and trends. Although my style preferences have changed over the years, my love for fall’s offerings has never wavered. Luckily, there is a lot to love this season.

The Fall Color Palette

As you may have seen in my previous fall color trends blog, we have calm, soothing colors alongside
energetic, joyful colors this season. While the palette seems contradictory, it simply emphasizes
our need to be seen and to be comforted. The bright colors of the palette pair nicely with the
softer colors, which I demonstrated in my fall color blog post. If you didn’t get a chance to read that blog from your favorite Carmel Personal Stylist, here you go!

Favorite Fall Colors from Your Carmel Personal Stylist

As a Carmel Personal Stylist, My favorite bold colors this season are Dragon Fire, Rose Violet, and Samoan Sun. From the quieter tones, I love Peach Caramel, Iced Coffee, and Cardamom Seed.

Runway Shows are For Show. As always, the looks on the runways serve to inspire us. Many of them are not wearable in real life. However, these trends are often translated into garments that we CAN wear day to day. Some of my favorite trends this year are fringe, denim, hot pink, statement leather, and graphic prints.

Fall’s Most Wearable Trends

Amongst the most wearable trends of the season are straight-leg denim, crisp white tops, ladylike heels, and cozy knits. Remember to cast a critical eye on the trends, keeping your personal style in mind. Classic dressers likely won’t buy into bold prints, while modern dressers always find a way to express themselves in many of the current trends.

It’s the Tiffany’s Lock Collection. While women have always borrowed from men’s jewelry staples such as signet rings, massive wristwatches, and pocket watches. So for the first time in Tiffany’s history, the jewelry giant. is launching Tiffany Lock, A bracelet for “all genders.” Check it out at Tiffany. com!
