Fall Fashion Trends 2023 The upcoming fall season is not for the shrinking violet. After a thorough review of the fall fashion runway shows, I
Beth’s Philosophy: It’s better to have a few clothing items you love, and wear than a closet full of clothes you don’t even like. Clothes that fit perfectly, such as an expertly fitted blazer for men or women, are the key to amazing style.
If you’re curious about how Image Consulting can change your life, don’t just take it from me. Beth’s clients have changed their lives and habits thanks to my advice. These are their stories.
Rossie was the wife a previous client who contacted Beth Divine Style for a closet update, wardrobe analysis and some new cocktail and professional attire she’d need for some upcoming events. Her Shape was a Contour, coloring true winter and scale medium. Her style was casual chic.
Jan needed more sophisticated outfits for her marketing career. She tended toward simple outfits, so adding a third layer was a simple way to add polish. Being a straight figure, a nipped- in jacket added more shape.

A color analysis revealed Lisa was Warm (flow between spring and fall), and can rock colors such as jade green, warm red, camel, rust and browns. Her best print is the one pictured here (left) with warm tones such as cream and beige in the background.

Joe called Beth Divine Style to come into his closet, clean it out and help him purchase some new staples for dating and work.
Here are some picks from my closet cleanse and integration of new pieces to show him common looks he could wear.
Ty is a young professional who started back to work in the office after being homebound during COVID. He had lost 30 pounds and needed some new clothes – professional, going out ensembles. His coloring was Summer which means he looked better in lighter, medium saturated colors and of course blue since he had blue eyes.
A virtual client, Al was a college student from Pennsylvania. He wanted me to build his wardrobe from the ground up. We did all this work all online: the color analysis (I mailed him his book); the build analysis, we took measurements together; and clothing catalog that I sent him with links so he could purchase items.
Here are some pictures of that catalog:
Melanie had a classic, sophisticated style and knew what she liked. We worked together to shop her closet and come up many new outfits. A color analysis revealed what colors were not flattering to her, and we cleaned out those colors as well. Melanie was a true Summer and looked amazing in clear, cool whites, greys, navy and other cool colors. Black was too strong for her. But she could still wear it in with other “wow” colors.
One of my regular clients asks me to style her family for their annual photo for Christmas cards. She is the only gal with three sons and a husband. Three of them have cool coloring and the other two warm coloring. I always keep this in mind each year. I always like for Sherry to “shine!”
Last year, we decided to just shop Sherry’s closet and put together something new. Surprisingly enough, this photo proved to be one of the best yet!
John was a consultant who wanted to update and improve his business presence. We started with a color analysis (Spring); a closet cleanse; online shopping via MyCloset App; and then a new head shot. His second photo shows how much more approachable he was in a blue than a black.

A mother of a 2-year-old, Terri received my services as a present from her husband. She had difficulty finding the time to shop and was unsure what her best colors were. Terri often reached for baggy T-shirts and leggings. Warm colors really flattered her coloring and blonde hair. We found some new outfits that were practical for a busy mother but pretty for a young woman in her mid-20s. The denim jacket was an easy third layer over the navy blouse and leggings.
